Given the escalating global concerns about air quality, global warming, greenhouse gas emissions, and other related environmental issues, it has become crucial to explore new solutions and technologies aimed at addressing global environmental challenges. Microalgae, a type of plants that serves as a natural and sustainable method to reduce pollutants and generate biomass, plays a significant role in producing over 50 percent of the world’s oxygen.

Acknowledging the power and potential of microalgae, we have organized a workshop to introduce students to the latest advancements in microalgae technology and the fundamental mechanisms of microalgae. Our objective is to provide students with comprehensive and essential information on the operational principles of a basic microalgae photobioreactor. By imparting this knowledge, we hope to inspire students to explore opportunities for incorporating microalgae solutions and collaborate towards building a more sustainable world.
