This talk will primarily discuss technologies involved in such connections from the perspective of anthropology. It will start with a brief introduction of anthropology and anthropological approaches to studying technologies. Then it will describe some general trends of China-Africa connections before discussing several cases of China-Africa where technologies take a central place.
